The board of directors of Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.88 per common share, an increase of approximately 10% from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.80.

For calendar year 2024, this marks the twenty-fourth dividend increase for the Washington Crossing Advisors Rising Dividend portfolio. All twenty-four changes were increases. The average dividend increase is 8.33% compared with December 31, 2023 indicated levels.

This declaration reflects the Board’s approval of a 10% increase in the annual dividend from $3.20 to $3.52 per share, subject to the discretion of the Board to declare quarterly dividends. With this increase, the Company’s annual dividend has increased for the 18th consecutive year since becoming a public company in 2007.”1
